About the Tour
The Queen Charlotte Track is a unique partnership between the Department of Conservation, Marlborough District Council, and private landowners.
This 4-hour walk is approximately 8 km. Considered a Moderate Walk.
Join the Queen Charlotte Cruise and get dropped off at Torea Wharf, add this Option as an Extra in the Booking process and you will be picked up at the finish of your walk / Mistletoe Bay later that afternoon.
A Queen Charlotte Track Land Cooperative (QCTLC) Pass is required for all QCTLC Land between Kenepuru Saddle, Torea Saddle, Te Mahia Saddle or Anakiwa, whether walking or biking the Queen Charlotte Track. $12
What to expect
On foot, bike, or boat and under the summer sun or blindingly blue winter skies, every day is a brilliant day on Queen Charlotte Track.
This section of the Track gives amazing views, lush bush, and lots of options to extend the walk.
This 4-hour walk is approximately 8 km. Considered a Moderate Walk.
Only on Marlborough’s Queen Charlotte Track can you combine beautiful coastal scenery, native bush, and comfortable walking. You can combine your walk with a Queen Charlotte Cruise or also Snorkelling / Biking or Kayaking.

Where are we?
We are located conveniently on Picton’s main waterfront with car parking close by and only a 1-minute walk from the main street.
Just look for the Dusky Dolphin outside our shop.
Before your tour starts feel free to take a seat inside the shop or outside on our sun drenched deck and enjoy the stunning views.
Customers can also get online with our free WiFi, and purchase a tea or coffee to enjoy on the deck.
