- Be associated with a WCA training facility
- Demonstrate you have worked a minimum of 12 months as a Trainer
- Have exceptional organisational and leadership skills
- Ensure consistent content and delivery of WCA Training Courses
- Serve as a representative of your WCA Training Facility
- Facilitate logistics and make sure the levels below are being completed by the Guide Trainer
